I originally started working out with Stephen because I was nursing a hamstring strain and had plantar fasciitis. I wanted to maintain an exercise regimen (because I hate dieting) but also allow my body to heal. I honestly didn’t think I’d still be working with a trainer 1 year later, but I’ve gotten great results! I feel strong, and lean. I see muscle definition and having someone else program my 5am workouts for me has really helped with motivation and staying consistent. Stephen even convinced me to go gluten-free! Even though I cheat occasionally, it’s a great, realistically sustainable diet that helps me lean out. Working out with Stephen has been a game-changer. I highly recommend it.
