Why I Do What I Do

Watch Me!

My goal in life is to help others live their lives better.

This involves:

  • moving effectively and safely
  • Eating whole, minimally processed food. JERF-Just Eat Real Food
  • Managing stress levels by practicing techniques to lower anxiety (meditation, deep breathing)
  • Getting enough QUALITY sleep. (getting up and going to bed with the sunrise and sunset)


I feel as thought people move throughout life with more potential and possibilities than they allow themselves to have and obtain. I love pointing out to others the possibility for them to be the BEST INDIVIDUAL they possibly can. Upgrade your life to be your own PERSONAL BEST.
